Please take into account our billing system when planning and carrying out your tests:
For a binding booking please fill in our booking form on the following pages. We will check the availability of your requested track elements and confirm your booking by return.
Once you have received a booking confirmation, please check in with our dispatcher at the agreed time. He will hand out the equipment that is mandatory while using the tracks. With this, you are good to go.

Urban environment
1) Note on the use of FTLThe use of the infrastructure of FTL GmbH is only mediated by ATC GmbH. Upon booking, a direct contractual relationship is established between the customer and FTL GmbH on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions of FTL GmbH. Invoicing for the use of the FTL infrastructure is carried out by ATC GmbH on behalf of FTL GmbH.

2) Note on the LTE mobile communications test fieldThe use of the infrastructure and the booked services of Vodafone GmbH is merely brokered by ATC GmbH. The respective service components and prices result from the service descriptions and the price overview. Upon booking, a direct contractual relationship shall be established between the Customer and Vodafone GmbH on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions for Vodafone Services (GTC) of Vodafone GmbH. The invoicing for the use of the Vodafone infrastructure and booked services shall be carried out by ATC GmbH on behalf of Vodafone GmbH.

Note: Before the first use and once a year, a safety briefing is mandatory for every driver. You can complete the online safety briefing here.

Note: Please note that for the use of trucks over 3.5 t we charge a surcharge of 50 % on the currently valid prices.
Photography and filming are generally prohibited on the premises of the Aldenhoven Testing Center. We decide on exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
