Last week, the two-day working group meeting of proving ground operators about driving safety took place. Representatives from various areas of driving training and safety technology discussed relevant topics in depth. Among other things, proving ground driving licenses, joint guidelines and new safety standards were discussed.

Highlights of the meeting were the tour of the driving simulator at the Institute for Automotive Engineering (ika) at RWTH Aachen University, the joint exchange on practical driving tests and the opportunity to further optimize safety-relevant training methods.

On Friday, the company Driving Concept demonstrated a fault simulation car at the Aldenhoven Testing Center. Here, all participants were able to test and improve their skills in a safe and controlled environment for car malfunctions.

We would be delighted to have more women in this exchange group in the future! For more information on training courses and events.
