Safely through road traffic

How do I behave properly in road traffic? To teach children how to behave safely on bicycles, the Verkehrswacht / Jugendverkehrsschule regularly conducts bicycle training sessions with elementary school students. To reinforce this, the K&L publishing house, together with Verkehrswacht Jülich e.V., has published a new child-friendly coloring and workbook with digital content and learning success checks. We think: This is a good thing!

That is why we support the project

The book teaches children in the third and fourth grades about the dangers of road traffic in an age-appropriate and playful way, teaches correct behavior and prepares them for the bicycle test. They learn that traffic signs must be observed, when a bicycle is roadworthy, or why it makes sense to wear a safety helmet when cycling. They are also taught the correct behavior in the event of a traffic accident.

A digital learning success control shows the children whether they have correctly solved the tasks in the book.

With the help of many local companies, the coloring and workbooks can be distributed free of charge to elementary school children in the Jülich district. This is a commitment that we are very happy to support - now for the third time.
